HUNT FORM

To our new friends: This information is needed to process your gun permits, procure your Uruguayan hunting permits, and provides us with contact information. We will not share this information with any third party or use it for any other purpose. This completed form and your deposit must be in our hands at least 60 days prior to your trip in order to get your gun and hunting permits. Please complete our Hunt Form, customized to make unique your hunting experience with us 

 

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS  

A deposit of 50% of the hunt cost is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is refundable less a 15 % cancellation fee until 120 days before your trip. If you cancel between 120 days and 60 days before the trip, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations less than 60 days before the trip will not be refunded unless a replacement hunter fills the reservation. Because the hunting and gun permits are purchased 30 days before the trip, there can be no refund of these fees for cancellations made less than 30 days before the trip. The balance of the total cost is due 60 days before the trip. Trip cancellation (travel) insurance is recommended as well as medical evacuation and treatment insurance, but no insurance is included in the trip cost. Submission of this form indicates that you have read and accepted the above payment and cancellation terms.
